Great broth, good portion. I always go there for my beef noodle soup. Self service station with selection of sauces. Be mindful if you seat at the corner table outside, a guy from the barber shop next door blessed my soup with a short piece of hair by accident.

Pho is more authentic the Vietnamese that you can find in Hamilton, all the other Vietnamese restaurants if Hamilton are water down kiwi fusion. Especially the Saigon noon would not recommend there is you want something authentic. Using hoisin sauce for summer rolls, that’s Chinese food.
